Contact form submissions are processed through a third-party email delivery service (SendGrid). This means your name, email, and message pass through their servers in order to reach us. SendGrid's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data in transit. We do not store your contact form data beyond what arrives in our inbox.
If you join our email list, those addresses are stored in our email platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
We do not maintain a database of visitor or contact information beyond standard email correspondence. Emails you send us are stored in our personal email accounts like any other email. We take reasonable precautions to protect that information but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please reach out and we will remove it promptly.
You have the right to ask what information we have from you and to request that we delete it. Because we don't store data in a central system, "deleting" your information means deleting any emails you've sent us and removing you from our email list. We're happy to do either — just ask.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy — for example, if we add analytics or a donation processor — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. We'll also do our best to note what changed.
